RE: Cover
Level of difficulty: Easy
Our REcover class is perfect for beginners, pregnant and postnatal clients, or anyone returning to exercise who prefers a slower-paced Cadillac Reformer workout.

This class focuses on breath and relaxation, helping you regain strength and mobility in a comfortable setting.

You'll enjoy a full-body workout that energises and challenges you while focusing on the basics. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, allowing you to engage your entire body without the intensity of a high-energy session.

If you’re pregnant, please ensure you have clearance from your healthcare provider before joining. Postnatal participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum.
RE: Fresh
Level of difficulty: Moderate
Our REfresh class features a comprehensive, flowing series of Cadillac reformer movements that emphasise functional exercises.
With a variety of options and small Pilates props, this class adds diversity to your workout while helping to REfresh your body and mind.
You’ll leave feeling accomplished, knowing that every moment spent in class was worthwhile.

Suitable for all fitness levels, we offer layers of progressions and regressions, allowing you to choose the exercises that feel right for you. Come ready to work hard and discover a sense of Refreshness in yourself.
RE: Align
Level of difficulty: Moderate - Hard
Our REalign class focuses on correcting posture and alignment through targeted exercises, integrating key physiotherapy principles.
You’ll engage your muscles concentrically, isometrically, and eccentrically to promote comprehensive strength and stability.
Utilising the Cadillac Reformer, this clinically designed program helps REalign your spine and improve body mechanics, fostering healthier alignment for everyday movement.
You’ll benefit from exercises specifically crafted to address postural imbalances and enhance your overall well-being.
RE: Build
Level of difficulty: Hard
In the REbuild class, you can expect a fast-paced, dynamic series of Cadillac Reformer exercises focused on functional movements, often incorporating hand and ankle weights and resistance bands.
This combination of heavier springs and weights will get your heart rate up while still incorporating Basic Pilates principles, just with an extra challenge!
This class is suitable for all fitness levels, but prior reformer experience is essential.
We do not recommend this class for pregnant clients, or for individuals with medical injuries.
